Adrian, Alina Neagoe, and Arch. Dr. Florin Ridiche were in the northern part of the Oltenia area, in a small village called Gradistea.

The Church is at the GPS point 44.87755°N, 23.82200°E ALT 281 m

It is a beautiful ancient painted church, with an inside bell tower. You would have to wonder what people do if it rings while people are inside during a church service!

The church has a beautiful old wooden roof made of shingles or shakes, known here as "Shitza".

It is a well preserved church, a beautiful historical monument of our culture.
